You may recall that, back in August, we learned about the debut solo album from artistic polymath David Lynch. Because its title is Crazy Clown Time and, well, it was made by David Lynch, we have been looking forward to something pretty freaking weird ever since. Now that the title track is available for free download, we can safely say that we are not disappointed. Slow, portentous percussion? Check. Haunted-house strings? Yup. High-pitched, filtered-to-death vocals? Uh huh, with a side of orgasmic/distressed moans. Such creepy lyrics as “Susie, she ripped her shirt off completely/ Then he poured beer all over Sally”? Obviously. It doesn’t get any more Lynchian than this. Stream or download the song after the jump — if you dare.
