We’ve been anticipating a Jaleel White comeback for a while now. He’s been doing some high-profile voice acting and recently starred in an excellent Cee-Lo music video. But we couldn’t have predicted that the erstwhile Steve Urkel’s return to the small screen would take the shape of game show-hosting gig. The SyFy Network, now in the midst of its annual press tour, has announced that they’re about to begin production on Total Blackout, a “comedic game show” where contestants are forced to confront their fears in utter darkness — and White has signed on to host. Although this sounds like the last thing we’d ever want to watch, let alone compete in, it’s nice to have Urkel back, eh? [via Warming Glow]
