In case you hadn’t heard, George R.R. Martin is a notoriously — painfully, his fans might say — slow writer. He’s been working on his recently HBO-immortalized A Song of Ice and Fire series for sixteen years, after all. And he still has two more books to write! Get on it, man. Or at least that’s what Greg “Storm” DiCostanzo and Paul Sabourin, otherwise known as Paul & Storm, would like to tell him in this charming ditty, with lines like “please bear in mind, in the time that you’ve had/ William Shakespeare turned out 35 friggin’ plays.” And, possibly more importantly: “If you keep writing so slow/ You’ll hold up the HBO show!” Indeed. Click through to watch as Paul & Storm do battle with chicken drumsticks, dress up in George R.R. Martin beards, and put all our own deeply held wishes and fears to song.
