Neighborhood Treasure offers a peek into communities around the world through large-format captioned photos taken on the street and in local haunts.
The collection is featured on Pictory, an online magazine of sorts founded by Laura Brunow Miner as a way for global citizens to document their experiences and cultures in a collective format. The Neighborhood Treasures are diverse, ranging from a vegan coffee shop in San Francisco to a water tower in Alabama to an urban dock in Baltimore.
Check out all the neighborhood entries, browse other features from Pictory Mag, read the site’s Dos and Donts, and submit a treasure of your own.

Lived in is a past tense fairly similiar to the language used by the lawmakers in Washington D. C. to describe the unborn.
