21

In honor of National Beard Month (and Movember, though we’re focusing on actual beards — get your mustachioed fix here), men all over the US are growing out their facial hair. Since we can’t grow our collective beards on the internet, we are celebrating with our list of the fifteen scariest (and famous!) beards of all time — not that we’re pogonophobes! New Releases From The Music Tee: Monsters of Folk and Devendra Banhart

What’s on at Flavorpill: Links That Made the Rounds in Our Office

+

Today at Flavorpill, we spied some meatballs our gym teacher would have approved of, courtesy of London-based photographer David Sykes. We took a tour of Kyp Malone’s Greenpoint apartment. We wished newlyweds Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy all the best (you say home-wrecker,  we say Angela Chase). We imagined getting spit on by an angry Lady Sovereign. We dug this pretty hand-painted film from the 19th century. And finally, we decided it was time to go home and walk our invisible dog. They’re apparently all the rage in Brooklyn.
