In the current economy, magazines are shutting down, newspapers are going digital and Web sites are turning into TV shows — or at least so it would seem with the just released news that Collegehumor.com will be getting its own behind-the-scenes series on MTV. Also launching are spin-offs of Run’s House and Rob & Big, a news show from Matt Stone and Trey Parker, a Donald Trump reality show that seeks to reform party girls and “a show from Nick Lachey about performing arts students in Cincinnati.” Oy.

Yesterday DONALD TRUMP reportedly told NY1 that 50 CENT’s new MTV reality competition show THE MONEY AND THE POWER is a rip off of THE APPRENTICE that will fail because it’s missing a key ingredient — The Donald.

With contestants named “Cornbreadd” and “Precious,” it actually looks a lot more like a rip off of any number of reality shows on VH-1.

But we digress. 50 Cent is just another in a laundry list of famous people Trump has picked fights with in recent years — albeit the only male and the only one who has been shot nine times. Perhaps he was not the smartest choice.
