Jen, the Cambridge-based food blogger behind Tiny Urban Kitchen, decided to document her past decade of travel by creating the flags of the countries that she has visited as pizzas. For Canada, she made a maple leaf out of pepperoni. Blue mashed potatoes came in handy for the flags of the United Kingdom, France, the United States, and Taiwan.
