Musicians who show up on their own album covers wearing a crown generally fall into at least one of three categories: raving egotists, artists with martyr complexes, or dead icons. And this morning, when we saw the cover for Michael Jackson’s posthumous record, Michael, it occurred to us that there have been a lot of them this year.
