Works of Art Made Out of 100,000 Cans of Food

Yesterday, Canstruction, an exhibit and design competition that challenges teams of architects and engineers to stack and color-coordinate cans into pop art masterpieces, debuted for its third year at the World Financial Center. The goal? To raise hunger awareness during the Thanksgiving season. Click through for a slideshow of some of our favorite works of art, and don’t worry: after the closing of the exhibit on November 22nd, all cans used will be donated to City Harvest!
