Today at Flavorpill, enjoyed Slate’s history of stuttering in the movies, which was inspired by The King’s Speech. We met the 10 weirdest new animals of 2010. We were inspired by RuPaul’s ability to play both Cher and Christina in this Burlesque-inspired holiday card. We learned that the color of the year for 2011 will be honeysuckle, a “sherbety shade of pink, with a hint of red and orange zest.” We geeked out over this list of 20 awesomely untranslatable words from around the world. We were impressed by this Lady Gaga lip-dub by some kids from Emerson College. We discovered the FIDA mat, a new product that allows you to sit comfortably upright on the ground. We found this flowchart handy about whether you should friend your parents on Facebook. We couldn’t believe that it has been 20 years since Thelma & Louise was in theaters. And finally, we fell in love with this cute robot video by Tim Burton for his upcoming MoMA exhibit in Toronto.
