Every year around this time, we get a positively insatiable craving for a McDonalds Shamrock Shake. (Hey, lay off! At least we ditched our dangerous Filet O’ Fish habit.) But after reading some despairing forecasts online, and finding that no, there is no NYC MickeyD’s near our Soho HQ dispensing the magical, minty concoction, our intrepid chefs-in-residence/photojournalists, Leah and Andy, came up with an even better recipe.
