For this week’s installment of the Third Rail, our resident cocktail aficionado Peter Joseph took one for the team and headed out into the field (Park Slope’s Bar Toto) where he ordered a Jameson on the rocks, grabbed a handful of fancy napkins, and furiously reviewed Guesstimation: Solving the World’s Problems on the Back of a Cocktail Napkin for your viewing pleasure. Because if there’s one thing Joseph loves more than an old-fashioned Mad Men-inspired pour, it’s visual irony.
