Today at Flavorpill, we got some priceless advice for laid-off designers from our friends at Edificial (although really we’re only linking to this because we’re tickled that Ian Volner found a way to use the word “hindquarters” in a post). We clapped our hands over The History of Fake Rap’s Cop Rock edition. We felt dumb because we’ve never heard of Phoenix and they’re playing SNL when Seth Rogen hosts next week. We embraced old school slang and talked all hoochie coochie double whammy. We followed the LAT‘s list of 25 Twitter must follows (not really — we’re not sheep). We turned to Spout for a little reality check on the Where the Wild Things Are trailer. We REJECTED the idea of Sean Penn as Larry in the Farrelly brothers’ Three Stooges flick. We found it hard to believe that Justin Timberlake really loves Radiohead. We felt justified by Facebook’s backpedaling. And finally this annoucement from MTV made us cackle. Good lord.
