What’s On at Flavorpill: The Links That Made the Rounds in Our Office

Today at Flavorpill, we had a moment of silence for 54 cereals from our childhood that we’ve loved and lost. We wondered what it’s like waking up aboard of your own pirate ship. We liked the Guardian‘s list of the 10 best neglected literary classics. We couldn’t wait to get our hands on a review copy of Janny Scott’s A Singular Woman, a new book about Obama’s mother that’s set to be released this May. We gawked at some photos of the new iPad 2 and tried to decide whether we need to own one or not. We were surprised to see what the original Apple logo looked like. We wished that we’d been the ones to think of The Sheen Pyramid Of Greatness. We looked at the world through a Nintendoscope. We met the real life version of Professor Dumbledore, a man from California who runs his own wizard academy. And finally, our minds were blown by this sculpture of a chicken that’s made out egg shells.
