What’s On at Flavorpill: The Links That Made the Rounds in Our Office

Today at Flavorpill, we discovered the perfect place to call home in the event of the zombie apocalypse. We had our day made by the trailer for that celebrity-filled Beastie Boys short that played at Sundance. We got some helpful tax tips from David Foster Wallace’s The Pale King. We looked at 23 amazing pieces of video game-inspired street art. We couldn’t believe that a Corgi won Jezebel’s Cats vs. Dogs tournament. We were extremely excited to hear that the Sundance Channel has acquired the rights to My So-Called Life. We played around with a William Carlos Williams poem generator. We learned how to DIY a miniature version of the Union Square clock. We considered making a trip to Bonnaroo this year, for the comedy lineup alone. We were clearly impressed by this Banksy-style maxi pad. And finally, we were horrified by the news that China has banned time-travel plots in movies and TV because they are “not respectful to history.” What would any of these guys have to say?
