Today at Flavorpill, we questioned how much a million dollars is really worth to us. We felt the power of this fluorescent light installation. We meditated on douchebags. We gave some bad Obama paintings the thumb’s down. We got the real story behind the Amazon de-ranking — and how it spread. We found out that Phil Spector was found guilty. We imagined what the fight over Nikolai Gogol would look like if it was a VH-1 reality show. We thought it was weird that this Boston architect was willing to shell out 15K to keep his bridge lit. That’s almost as bad as a teen paying 20K to hang out with a kind of random rock drummer. Oh wait. We welcomed some Kindle 2 backlash — all that crazy praise was just getting boring. And finally, we read some digested Generation X. Tasted like a bitter cup of Starbucks…
