Summer’s Last Gasp: Kasia Domańska’s Beach Party Paintings

Share:

With just over a week to go before Labor Day weekend, our summer separation anxiety has already begun. Why didn’t we get of town more, or see as many outdoor concert as we planned, or do a single beach trip that wasn’t a half-assed hour at Coney Island? Polish artist Kasia Domańska’s gorgeous, candid photo-like oil paintings of folks having fun at the beach have inspired us to make the best of summer’s last gasp (hurricane or no hurricane). Check out some of our favorites from her Summer series after the jump, and then visit Domańska’s website to see more of her work.
