Hip Hop Heads is an ongoing project from London illustrator and graphic artist Dale Edwin Murray who is re-interpreting his favorite MCs, boiling down each rapper’s physical likeness, style, and essence into a minimalist rendering. We love the geometrical rigidity and expressiveness of each subject and their severe, symmetrical postures — from Pac to Snoop to Hov, except for, of course, Flava Flav with his head cocked to the side and smiling, because he’s Flava Flav, yyyeah boyyy!
