The DeLorean Motor Company of Texas has partnered up with Epic EV to put into production their electric-powered DeLorean — yep, like the time traveling car from 1985’s Back to the Future . The DMC-12 will be loaded with 260 horsepower and travel at a max speed of 125 MPH. The whole thing will run you somewhere between $90,000 – 100,000, but don’t count on owning that Flux Capacitor you’ve always wanted — the heart of Doc’s time machine in the movie — because it’s not included in the price tag. You do get an iPhone dock and some nifty gullwing doors, so there’s no need to pout about it. The company plans on putting the vehicle into production by 2013. Until that day comes, travel back in time to meet Doc Brown’s iconic invention.
