The website shared that after the recent successful box office run of Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, studios would be pushing ahead with a remake of the great Doc’s much-loved story. Like The Lorax screen version, the movie would be a 3D CG-animated feature, and a script is already in the works. It times itself well with an upcoming live-action film that shares the story of the author’s life, with Johnny Depp attached to play the writer. The movie is expected to feature some animation — between shots of Depp grinning wildly while thinking about his next big paycheck.
