Photo Gallery: John Crawford's Aerial Nudes

Share:

We’ve seen plenty of fantastic photo series featuring nude subjects in our day — from Miru Kim’s self-portraits snapped in desolate places to Ryan McGinley’s images of pretty young things running wild. We’ve also seen lots of great aerial photography. But Aerial Nudes, a project by Auckland-based photographer John Crawford that we spotted thanks to The Curious Brain, manages to marry the two, with results that for reasons that we can’t really explain, we find very amusing — like an easier (and R-rated!) version of those addictive Highlights hidden pictures games from when you were a kid. Click through and let us know what you think of the work in the comments.
