Just what is it about “Call Me Maybe”? In a trend that shows no sign of stopping, Carly Rae Jepsen’s sugary sweet hit has spawned hundreds of tribute videos, lip dubs, parodies and covers across the web, created by celebrities and civilians like, and with as much variation in quality as you might expect. But just when we thought we couldn’t watch even one more version, we saw an adorable, pared-down version of Jepsen singing the hit backstage at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon with Jimmy and the Roots accompanying her on toy instruments. Here we go again. In order to keep everyone else from burning out, we’ve collected the most worthwhile “Call Me Maybe” tribute videos below. Charming for its sheer ludicrousness: The Fashion Police’s version, wherein Joan Rivers, Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne, George Kotsiopoulos recruit Shenae Grimes, Vanessa Williams and a host of other fabulous people to dance around and look silly.
