Although we can’t usually muster much excitement for tribute albums, we have to hand it to Just Tell Me That You Want Me, the indie-rock tribute to Fleetwood Mac that comes out August 14th. In streaming many of its tracks over the course of several weeks, it’s convinced us it’s worth our time. So far, our favorites have been Antony Hegarty’s delicate take on “Landslide,” Lykke Li’s icily enchanted “Silver Springs,” and The New Pornographers’ raucous, synthy “Think About Me.” Today, we’re adding a new highlight to that list, as Stereogum points us to a strange and multifaceted re-imagining of “Sisters of the Moon” by Shudder to Think’s Craig Wedren and the ever-spectacular St. Vincent.
