We were happy to see a girl who was relentlessly bullied empower herself during this teary singing audition. We played The Wire RPG. We looked at Winona Ryder’s career in cult films. We waved goodbye to Headbanger’s Ball , again. We threw an Ikea house party. We observed how one man with polio built a helicopter out of trash. We checked in with an author drafting a novel live on Google Docs. We read an excerpt from Hope Larson’s new graphic novel, A Wrinkle in Time. We got a peek at some Salvador Dalí-designed swimwear. We watched a few Betsey Johnson 1980’s fashion shows. And finally, we googled everyone we could think of to find out their Bacon number. We resisted ranking them in spreadsheet form, however.
