Earlier this week, we brought news about Tina Fey’s deal with NBCUniversal post-30 Rock — which was perfectly timed with this Friday’s Entertainment Weekly cover, sporting Fey channeling Audrey Hepburn. You can read the full interview with the actress when EW hits newsstands in a few days, but in the meantime the cover star has dished up a few details in a casual Q&A video chat for the magazine.
Fey shared that she’s trying to get guests Matthew Broderick (Cooter!), mama Donaghy Elaine Stritch, ex boyfriend Dennis played by Dean Winters (and his pager), Will Arnett’s Devon Banks, and “settling soul mate” Wesley Snipes (played by Michael Sheen) on the show for a fond farewell. Fingers crossed! Fey says the series’ closing is bittersweet, but she’s glad we’ll always have catchphrases like “Blerg!” and “High-fiving a million angels!” to remember her by.
