You could say Sex and the City’s 2004 episode “Splat!” was HBO’s very own interpretation of the “Goodbye to All That” ethos that’s currently all the rage. The big difference is that their version is delightfully bitchy and, as such, worth revisiting. Also worth revisiting is R.
