The Northeast is still supposedly in for another dose of awful, horrible cold, but the fact remains that it technically is springtime. So it stands to reason that any day now you’ll be able to sneak beers outside, wear shoes without socks, ditch that massive parka, and in the immortal words of Freddie Mercury, “Get on your bikes and ride!”
