Kate Winslet Channels Her ‘Titanic’ Character From Atop a Cliff on ‘Running Wild With Bear Grylls’

In last night’s episode of the NBC celebrity survival reality series Running Wild with Bear Grylls, Titanic ‘s Rose, of all people, made a momentary appearance…at the edge of a cliff.

The delightful Kate Winslet surprised viewers with her first-time reenactment of the unforgettable Titanic scene with Leonardo DiCaprio, in which he spreads her arms wide at the edge of the ship and shouts a line that we all know too well.

This time, the celebrity adventurer Bear Grylls from Man vs. Wild asked Winslet to let go of the rope and extend her arms before running down the edge of a cliff in Wales with nobody but Grylls to ensure her safety. “Jack, I feel like I’m flying!” she yelled from atop the mountain. Grylls played along, asking Winslet, “Do you trust me?”

The dramatic scene only lasted seconds as the background music quickly shifted to something a little more flippant, returning Winslet to her dire situation of having to trek back down the mountain she so bravely hiked moments before.
