Chvrches went on BBC’s Radio 1 Live Lounge in anticipation of their second album, Every Open Eye, which drops Friday. In addition to performing their first single off the album, “Leave a Trace,” they also delivered their own take on the Justin Bieber track (which itself was released late last month), “What Do You Mean?”
Chvrches is a popular topic on the Radio 1 Live Lounge: Not only have they played the show before —last time they were on, they covered Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me a River“— they’ve also been covered by other guests; Muse played their song “Lies” earlier this month.
