Showtime released a very short tease for the upcoming revival of Twin Peaks Sunday night. The 15-second trailer, which led into the season five premiere of Homeland, featured some very choppy footage taken from an already trippy dream sequence from the original Twin Peaks featuring a dancing Michael J. Anderson, AKA the “man from another place.”
The new Twin Peaks, which will be as faithful as a revival could be considering that creator David Lynch, star Kyle MacLachlan, and composer Angelo Badalamenti have all returned, is still a long ways off.
According to prophecy, Twin Peaks will premiere on Showtime on June 10, 2016.
