Merchandise and Dum Dum Girls released a new song online today as part of a brief new collaborative effort.”Red Sun” makes up half of their upcoming two-track EP, Red Sun b/w Echo. The song was released through Stereogum, which described it as “a moody track that rests on a pulsing, sinister synth line and arid guitar.”
Red Sun b/w Echo will be available digitally and as a 7″ vinyl single on November 27. Pre-ordering the physical record from publisher Sub Pop records will net you a special edition pressed on clear purple vinyl. Listen:
