Here’s a gift for Louis C.K. fans. The comedian has released the first episode of a new web series called Horace and Pete. C.K. stars as Horace (the owner of an Irish bar) alongside Steve Buscemi as Pete. Guest stars in the first ep include Aidy Bryant, Edie Falco, Jessica Lange, Steven Wright, and Alan Alda. The first episode will cost you five bucks and can be downloaded on C.K.’s website. This should definitely make up for that whole Louie -on-extended-hiatus thing. Horace and Pete feels like Cheers, but with Trump jokes — as Gothamist advises “the characters touch on topical hot button issues, including Donald Trump’s candidacy and Super Bowl quarterbacks.” There’s also an intermission, the websites shares.
