I don’t know about you, but I haven’t had my eyes tested in a while. Luckily, the new trailer for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel sequel, Superman v Batman: Dawn of Justice is colorized so darkly that it was really reassuring when I realized I could distinguish when Wonder Woman showed up! Cancel your eye appointments, people!
SvB:DoJ will serve as DC Comics’ attempt at transitioning the Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman properties into Justice League films, putting them on track to battle Marvel for all that Avengers dough. The trailer for the film finds Batman (Ben Affleck!) in a pretty cool suit of armor as Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot!) flies around with a sword and Superman (Henry Cavill!) stands with his arms crossed as Lois Lane (Amy Adams!) gently places her hand on his chest, reassuring him that yes, she loves him, even if Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg!) did just land some pretty good jokes at his expense.
The film will also star Michael Shannon, Holly Hunter, and Jeremy Irons. Other members of the Justice League who are rumored to appear are Aquaman (Jason Mamoa) and The Flash (Ezra Miller).
