“Courtneylovewith the girls, serving up a Hole lot of something. maybe,” is all it takes from singer Courtney Love to get the Inernet abuzz that a Hole reunion might be afoot. The Insta snap comes just after former Hole bassist Melissa Auf Der Maur called Love a “once-in-a-generation piece of art” and discussed the possibility of reuniting with the ‘90s-era band. But Love has made it clear that she has no interest in rolling with the “oldies circuit,” touring again. She is, however, working with Hole guitarist Eric Erlandson again, so who knows. We can only imagine what gems are waiting in the archives, which Auf Der Maur stated she’d love to dig through for a possible rarities record.
