Delaware-based artist and singer-songwriter Monika Bullette matches an actor or pop culture personality with famous creative types — most recently, the artists we love. “The project started by accident when I noticed Amanda Peet’s resemblance to Tracey Emin — it’s uncanny,” Bullette told Flavorwire by email. “I got hooked matching the artist with the actor and each dream casting threw me down the rabbit hole of each person’s oeuvre. I think it’s a new way to link pop culture to a realm that many folk are intimidated by or just not privy to. And I’ve learned a lot.” We can’t stop imagining Tilda Swinton headlining a Roy Lichtenstein biopic.
