The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story topped the winners at the Television Critics Association’s 32nd annual awards Saturday night, tied with USA’s Mr. Robot. The event was hosted by Jane the Virgin‘s Jamie Camil. The true crime-inspired anthology took home three awards, including individual achievement in drama for star Sarah Paulson and program of the year. Sam Esmail’s hacking thriller Mr. Robot also won outstanding new program, with individual achievement in drama honors recognizing star Rami Malek. Other winners included Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, starring Rachel Bloom (ye of the epic “Heavy Boobs” anthem) and Netflix’s Making a Murderer. Heritage awards went to five series, including Twin Peaks — which makes a return to television on Showtime in 2017 with showrunner David Lynch directing all 18 episodes (according to star Ray Wise).
