Netflix has ordered a new comedy series created by husband and wife team Nick Stoller and Francesca Delblanco (if you would like to read their 2005 New York Times wedding announcement, you may do so here), with a glittery cast that includes Keegan-Michael Key, Cobie Smulders, Fred Savage, Annie Parisse, Jae Suh Park, and Nat Faxon.
Stoller and Delblanco will write and executive produce all eight episodes, and Stoller will direct. Stoller is the writer/director behind Get Him to the Greek, and The Five-Year Engagement; he also directed Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Neighbors, and is a co-creator and writer for the NBC hit The Carmichael Show, starring Jerrod Carmichael.
Friends from College is about a group of, uh, friends, from uh, college, who are approaching their 40s and freaking out about it. They all went to Harvard, as did both Stoller and Delblanco, so get ready to hear about it.
