Anonymous Women, the new book of artful staged photographs by Patty Carroll, hides women in the middle of vibrant domestic scenes, a commentary on her 1950s upbringing — when a woman’s place was “in the home” — as well as contemporary concerns about domesticity and femininity.
She shared with Flavorwire a selection of images that are as gorgeous as they are provocative and amusing.
