Today at Flavorpill when we were supposed to be busy working… we were shocked that anyone would deny Anne of Green Gables her rightful spot in the Modern Library; we wondered what Bjork will sound like now that she’s a venture capitalist; we couldn’t believe that even King Tut is toe up in the current economy; we pondered how Tom Cruise is like Wall Street and then celebrated the death of celebrity gossip (sort of); we chuckled over a stolen Madoff scuplture and gawked over a former Matisse model; we looked at some of the year’s best and worst film posters; and finally, we considered what life will be like once New York joins the European Union.
