Today at Flavorpill, we streamed the new LCD Soundsytem album all day long. Obviously. We wondered if the world really needs a Michael Bay reality show. We spent way too long staring at this archive of pretty old magazine covers. We were glad to find out that we’re not the only ones who have felt our love for Tina Fey falter lately — but this dissection of the backlash on Salon made us stop and think about why. We loved Sten&Lex’s destroyed stencil art. We tried to insert as many of the words that David Foster Wallace circled in his dictionary in casual conversation as we possibly could. We learned some important facts about music pirates. We asked ourselves if Foursquare has jumped the shark (also: if anyone has come up with a less hackneyed way of expressing that sentiment). And finally, we freaked out over these 10 famous movie quotes in graph form. Our favorite has to be The Wizard of Oz. How about you?
