Today at Flavorpill, when we were supposed to be busy working… we saluted Virgin’s Richard Branson for actually responding to what is possibly the world’s funniest passenger complaint letter; we stumbled upon what is sure to become the favorite blog of copy editors everywhere; we scratched our heads over the upcoming Duke Spirit/Alexander McQueen collab for Target; we enjoyed this quiet salute to John Updike; we wondered if the Kindle rumors can be true; we met some of the worst dudes ever and then we barfed all over “ShePop”; we looked at a whole lotta Bruce Springsteen covers; we listened as Scarlett Johansson tackled another great musician — something we think that she’s only been allowed to do for two reasons; we were sad to learn that the cute Once couple called it quits; and finally, we spent some quality time with the new Muxtape. It’s just not the same.
