If we were to tell you that Stone is a new thriller directed by John Curran ( The Painted Veil ) starring Edward Norton, Robert De Niro, and Milla Jovovich, you’d assume that it was a going to be a solid movie, right? Instead we get what could pass for an OK-ish Lifetime Original. Norton (in cornrows and with a weird Southern accent) plays a convicted arsonist who convinces his wife (Jovovich) to seduce his corrections officer (De Niro) in order to blackmail him for early parole. Stone has been picked up by Overture Films, but does not currently have a release date.
